"What's going on down there?" Nancy wanted to know. She was given a report on how Interpol was killing everyone.

"You have new orders," she heard over the radio. "We have deemed they are not worth trying to help. Take them out."

"S**t." Nancy knew that the blood from this one will be on her hands for a long time, then she spotted someone running across the street. That's...Travis, she thought. What's he doing here?

Travis was angered at what Interpol had done, no question. He looked up at the hotel and saw the roomed he prepared for them, having opened the window so that he could remember which one it was. The light was on in there so Interpol had obviously found it. He ran for the reception desk and saw the manager cowering behind it. "Are you going to kill me?" he asked. "No." The intensity behind Travis' voice was unmistakeable. "The killing ends here. I need to use your phone." The manager meekly complied and Travis rang the room's number.

"We found them." Rei could see that there were a number of soldiers down there as well and wondered what their purpose was. "Take me down." Rei pulled on a balaclava as one of the soldiers looked up from where they had set up a sniping position. Rei threw out a rope and slid down, rifle slung across her back. The soldier gave her a thumbs up as the helicopter pulled away.

"You okay?" the soldier; a woman, asked. Rei nodded, setting herself up for the task at hand. "Good. I'm not."

Rei wondered what the woman meant, but figured it wasn't important. Her task was to kill Vega.
