Nancy decided that it was time, and had driven out to check out the Interpol base of operations in Miami. All of their forces were diverted to going after Travis, as she'd suspected, and there was next to no security, no doubt Chun Li had flipped and thought it unimportant. The place was wide open for a terrorist attack, and Nancy's face spread open into a big smile. This was going to be too easy, not to mention fun. She drove past, looking for the right place to hide and prepare her tools. As much as she was going to enjoy this she couldn't forget about the serious objective of waking up Interpol.

The soldier didn't like it, Travis could see that much, and he fought not to look uncomfortable. Still he saw that new orders were being given, and he was being allowed to go at last.

"Sorry for the inconvinience, we had to check you understand."

"Yeah yeah." Travis returned to the paper, seemingly uninterested as he heard about the military being diverted to the hospital. What's there? he wondered. Could they have found out about Rei? It was a long shot for sure, and Rei would be dealt with if she was there. Still Travis wanted to make certain that it was done. He reached for his wallet and pulled out a twenty. "Actually could you turn around? There's someone I need to see before I do anything else."

"Y'know sometimes it's good to have a bad guy who isn't just some evil dude."

Travis had put his paper aside, choosing instead to chat now that he was out of trouble. "Like have them have some history that made them that way, or something that we can sympathise with or understand."

"Yeah, well that's been happening quite a bit in movies I see," the cab driver replied. "Usually when I see it though I don't like how it tries to make us sympathise with terrorists, all that."

Travis looked at a photo of him and Rei, wondering just how he couldn't have seen it. "Still, that's not a nice topic to discuss. It'll be good to see Rei again." And when she was killed, Travis thought to himself, the world would be safe again.
