Many of the people here seemed to be dressed in varying shades of red and black, and looking at a few of them Reiko got a bad feeling about the place. The gothic music seemed designed to pierce into the depths of her soul, the idea making her uncomfortable. She decided to turn tail and split when she saw a young male at the back, looking as though he was... "What the hell is this shit?" Reiko stormed up to the youth and snatched the drugs off him.

"Fucking give them back," he demanded, preparing to swing a punch.

Reiko grabbed him and slammed him against the wall. "Where'd you get these?"

"Fuck you."

Reiko replied by lifting him up and smashing him against the wall again. "Not in a million years, not with those fucking you up." Seeing that they were creating a scene Reiko dragged the youth out the back way. "Now answer my question." The boy went silent for a moment and Reiko leaned in close. "I didn't quite catch that, you're gonna need to speak up."

"The guy...the guy who runs the place. He's been selling them."

Reiko tilted her head inside and saw that several of the party goers had descended on the drugs like vultures.

"Describe him to me." From what she was told Reiko had a good idea as to what the person looked like. "Piss off, this place is bad news." Reiko turned back into the night club, grabbing a drink from a nearby table and looked around. The slicked back black hair, red and black clothing made the man easy to spot, chatting up an impressionable pair of girls. Reiko set the drink aside and placed her hands on his shoulders. "You must be the guy who runs this joint," she cooed in a sultry voice.

"Mmmm." It took a moment to distract him from the lovelies, as Reiko heard them referred to as. "Yes, and who might you be?" His voice was slick, aristrocractic even. In fact it gave Reiko the impression that he was trying out for Halloween, or some vampire movie.

"I see you're not the shy type." She nodded to the women behind her. "So tell me," she continued, striking a pose, "do you like what you see?" As she was looked up and down it seemed as though the muscles appealed most of all. Reiko oblidged by flexing an arm.

"Oh yes. Most certainly. Here, let me get you a drink."

Reiko smile. "Thanks, but I already have one." She reached back and threw the drink into the man's face, who staggered back, screaming, as though the liquid burned his very skin. Reiko saw that everything stopped at this point, the patrons shocked into silence, the music stopping as sooned as the drink was thrown. Reiko paid no attention to it. "That's for selling drugs to kids, you piece of shit."

By now the man, the vampire Reiko thought of him, had recovered. "That is going to cost you," he promised. "Cost you dearly."

"So take my fucking car then. It'll cost you a lot more when the cops become involved." And with that she headed off, no one daring to stop her. It pleased her to see that some looked at the vampire with a doubtful expression. Whatever fucked up idea was behind that place would be stymied.

Showered and refreshed, Reiko jumped onto the Internet to see what information she could dig up on vampires. Most of it was fictional nonsense, but she did come across some police reports on people who believed they were vampires and attacked women by biting into their necks. Reiko thought about tipping off the cops about what she saw at that night club. There was something else as well, something called a Blood Stone that was meant to exist. She looked that up and was greatly disturbed by what she found, enough so for her to reach for the phone and dial a number. "Sofia? This is Reiko Ichijo. You've got some brains on you, right? I need to see you, right the hell now."
