BAM! BAM! The shots ringing out from the Desert Eagle thundered through the hall, the gun being used as a makeshift key on a locked door, behind it, Travis hoped, was the answer to all their problems. "C'mon, let's go," a female voice said. The voice belonged to Nancy; a friend of Travis who had brought him here to help her recover information on a biological weapon she'd heard of. Wearing a green army jumper and knaki pants, she followed Travis, who was wearing jeans and a leather jacket, as he went in, Styer AUG assault rifle in hand, and fired into the ceiling.

It had been nearly two years after his friend Jill Valentine had fought with the X Men to stop the monster Abyss that the pirate Ruby Heart had unwittingly awakened. With most of the Street Fighters battling Bison and Gouki, and the X Men fighting the Brotherhood of Evil Mutents, it fell to Jill, Cable and Cyclops to save Sakura, Psylocke, Ryu, Gambit, Colossus and Ruby Heart, who were wiped out by Abyss. During that time, he and the rest of the STARS who were involved in fighting Umbrella, who created a biological weapon, had tried to put the past incidents behind them. But Travis had grown more aggressive as he became frustrated and fed up with being persecuted by street thugs, and has faced the police numorous times when he fought back. Right now though, Travis was reliving the time he spent battling Umbrella in Vicksburg, with Jill keeping watch across the road.

In an instant, Nancy was right beside him, aiming her Desert Eagle at the lone man who was cowering in fright.

'Wimp scares easily enough,' Travis thought.

"Get on him," said Nancy.

Travis grabbed the man by the shirt and pulled him in close, snarling. "Okay dirtbag, where's the virus?"

The man began to stutter as he tried to answer Travis. "W-what virus?"

BAM! Nancy, who was busy watching the door in case any of this man's friends decided to show up, fired a shot right near the man's head. This made the man even more panicked. "One more time." Travis didn't have the muscle of, say, Guile, but his size and power allowed him to lift the man up and slam him against the wall. "You know exactly what I'm talking about, now tell me where you scumbags are hiding it, or you're gonna need to buy a pair of false teeth." To illistrate his point, Travis grabbed the man by the jaw and squeezed hard. Travis heard a noise by the window, and braced for an attack. "Your goon boys wanna pay a visit, do they?" At that moment, something flew through the window, what looked like... 'Oh...'

"C'mon!" yelled Nancy, ripping Travis off the man and diving with him out of the room, the grenade going off as they dove out into the hallway. The floor where the explosion had gone off collapsing and wreckage falling to the floor below. "Why didn't we hear from Jill?" Nancy wondered.

"Dunno, but we'd better go after who threw that grenade." Travis then realised that his gun had gone. He looked in the rubble, seeing what was left of the man he was only seconds before interrogating, and decided thah he did not want to go looking for the gun.

"We'll go this way," Nancy said, leading Travis through the hole. People stunned by the sudden storming of the office building and subsequent explosion.

"Special Forces," Travis yelled out, he and Nancy running as fast as they could to where they would meet up with Jill, "everyone get down and take cover, do it now!"
