Exactly. He pretty much knew and said to hell with it and spread it. If he was a decent person, he would have to have a talk with everyone he has sex with, telling them about his herpes.

He could have forced himself on those women and when someone has higher status it is difficult to say no. In his home country of persia it is still wrong to abuse women so why would he think he could get away with this in the USA

I feel bad for those women if he raped them, what a asshole. But that is why partners should wear condoms if the sex is consensual. Better make sure you see their updated HIV status paperwork
