Just terrible

Heard he had to settle with his victims. He knew he was gonna lose so he chose to pay them out of court. That's great, but the guy is like couch surfing from place to place and not getting roles in game and film, if he is they're short bits. Voice acting doesn't pay as much as people thing either. I know quite a few of voice actors myself.

Broke ass Jay went down like a two dollar hooker.

Most likely he settled out of court because he knows he's guilty and he doesn't want to drag this out or shame himself any more

He had to settle out of court, it's not yet public how much he has to pay. He sealed his own fate when he refused to take a test to prove he didn't have herpes. That's pretty much a confession in itself.

And Miss Neptune, he's hardly a celebrity. He hasn't done anything widely released since like Pathfinder back in 2007, bit parts in TV shows, and voice acting in a couple video games. His biggest film role was playing Vega and...well, I'm not getting into that suckfest again. Whatever is below being a D-List celebrity, he's that.

You're absolutely right, Last Quincy. But if they were to put him in jail, he'd probably end up in solitary, so as not to spread his disease to the other inmates. But as I've said, refusing a test to prove he didn't have herpes pretty much sealed his fate in that case. You can read about it here.

What's the difference between him and Bill Cosby?

They usually settle in the millions of dollars so I wouldn't mind getting herpes from Jay if he paid me well over a million dollars. I would just take medication.

Thing is, Jay doesn't have millions of dollars. So right now, dude has herpes, is mostly out of work, and probably hurting for money. Whatever the two women got in the settlement probably took almost everything out of him.
