Yes, I wish I did have that airing right now - it'd do me a world of good 0:-) My internet went down on Jay's birthday, so I had to stay overnight with my parents for over a week and use their own internet. Don't worry, I did play with my cats during the day, and yes they were upset as I left (Jasmine has been crying, bless her) - but it's back now, with the occasional offline moment today (i.e. while they tested it)...

But also, don't forget Easter Sunday is this month - so we also need to check the TV listings, to make sure Watership Down is not on TV that day. I will definitely sleep with one eye open, for this - for anyone who is familiar with Watership Down, surely you'd agree killing rabbits does NOT make for a good Easter movie!

May I remind you that, during my absence, Watership Down was on TV on Easter Sunday 2016. I thought little or nothing of it, mainly because I had an airing that day.

However... a few days later, I learned people complained about the decision to screen Watership Down on Easter Sunday - some kids were even put off from eating their dinner, or worse their Easter eggs. I'm inclined to agree with the complainants - it's not an appropriate movie for Easter, why not something more fitting like Hop? And don't say "These parents should take a tip from Zangief, and quick! Change the channel!" - doing so still won't stop even adults from the trauma of something inappropriate; let alone still voicing their complaints on social media, just for checking the listings only to learn of this inappropriate scheduling.

But the complaints fell on deaf ears - the channel said something about how they did not want to 'buck the trend' (no pun intended), and so they scheduled Watership Down for Easter Sunday 2017 as well. Cue even more, ahem, righteous indignation from the public - and thankfully, the channel listened this time, and no channel whatsoever has since repeated the offense. But it doesn't mean it won't happen - so I have to keep a sharp eye out, every year...

Hell no! Again, I did not choose the month name specifically as a month for airings - rather, in honour of the airing celebration we dedicated to the memory of our dear big boss Master Haruka 0:-)

But, like how similar comments can be said about all holidays... I know it's not just about the eggs, and is a time to show kindness - including to NOT bite one's head off for being upset at another 'nag everyone to smile or else' occasion, instead immediately get off one's arse and repair the damage (and of course contribute, if an airing is needed to really repair...). *sigh* When will my own flesh and blood ever learn that - if they do, then maybe, just maybe... I'd gladly spend Christmas with them (unless I have an airing, of course)…

When little Blinky was taken ill, unfortunately his own symptoms lasted over Easter Sunday that year - and I ended up arriving a little later than planned, to spend Easter with my family. That was another of the few rare times, when mom didn't stab me in the back for lack of a happy face...

And I do my very best to show that kindness, where I can. I even have my unique way of giving credit - I think I even put past visitor Crow in one or two of my games?

The Rainbow Bridge airing security is one of my strongest (if not THE strongest) such examples. Despite what some think, please understand it is in no way selfish - rather, to make effort to prevent the subject's 'game over' screen from being, and pray that it is not, displayed on an airing day, or within the final countdown, thereby preventing him or her from falling prey to the wicked "Street Fighter is so bad, it killed Raul Julia" hate trend. The fact that one of the hate trend's sickest, most cold-blooded supporters mocked Dennis 'King Koopa' Hopper -who himself, we lost on an airing day- does sadly prove, that the hate trend WILL mock anyone who passes on my special occasion!

And for the Disney fans out there, yes I have just heard about the Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers movie coming out. I would love to see it, if I can!

I say so because, Capcom made two Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers games for the old NES. The first one was actually my second Capcom game, and ten years later its sequel was a pre-airing gaming achievement 0:-)
