Goro is startled, he sees Chun-Li come at him with a perverted fury, and latches onto him.

Goro: Arrrgh! Get off Goro, earthrealm woman! Don't put my hand in there! Help me! Master! Help!

Shao Kahn hears Goro's screams, distracting him as Mike tackles him to the ground. He gets in full control mount, and begins hammering Kahn with a barrage of punches. With a great force, Kahn leaps into the air and knocks him off. Mike lands in a tuck and roll to a crouch, while Shao Kahn lands on his feet. His shoulder ram attack comes next, sending Mike back several feet.

Shao Kahn: Is that your best? You will die, mortal!

Mike: Who said I was exactly mortal?

Mike's powers were wonky in this realm. He couldn't properly transform, but he harnesses some demon power into his leg, connecting a spinning roundhouse to the head. Kahn flips and lands with a crash to the ground. Kahn gets to his feet and charges towards Mike.

Quan Chi had broken little sweat over the 2 on 1 assault of Scorpion and Cammy. He dodged each attack like a fly dodges a fly swatter. He punches Scorpion in the chest, leaving him open for a jumping kick from Cammy. Like a child, he catches her. Holding her high up his head, he throws her towards Scorpion. He catches her, and is taken by surprise by Quan Chi sweeping his legs. He falls with her in his arms still, allowing Cammy to recover quickly and try to trip up Quan Chi with a windmill. He falls and rolls away. He launches a flying skull towards her, which grazes her arm when she comes back up. Dazed, Scorpion gets up and teleports infront of her. He lands a combo of punches and kicks on Quan Chi, aiming for his chest and face.

Shinnok had teleported around Sub-Zero's ice blasts. He teleports around him and chops him in the shoulder. Sub-Zero feels the pain, and tries to counter with an elbow, which Shinnok has teleported again. Now in front of him, he releases energy blasts and they hit hard. Sub-Zero, dizzy from the flurry of projectiles, is met with an uppercut. Shinnok's secret weapon was his amulet hanging from his neck. Without it, he would physically be no match for the Lin Kuei warrior.

The numbers game favored Earthrealm, but could they muster up the courage and strength to over throw the combined forces of Outworld and the Netherrealm?
